- Each Dealer Organization
is trained in the horticultural aspects of organic-based procedures
and materials at the formal Academies conducted by Nature's ProŽ each
year. This training is for the Dealer and for their employees who
are responsible for doing the Organic Approach Programs.
- Each Dealer company
also is trained in business systems, sales and marketing to better
ensure solid growth of the company
.
- Each Dealer company,
therefore, is part of a larger "whole" that better ensures
growth and recognition by the Marketplace.
- Each Dealer organization
has positions open OTHER THAN Lawn-Tree and Shrub Care technicians.
The Nature's ProŽ Organic Approach is generally one part of their total
business. This gives each employee a chance to experience other types
of work in addition to doing applications.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE LEVELS
"BASIC"... the
Dealer has attended and completed Academy Sessions that have covered
the basic Concepts of The Nature's ProŽ Organic Approach. The Dealer
has learned of the various Programs of Care that meet the needs of their
customers. Each one has learned the Organic Approach Soil Test, how
to read it and interpret the recommendations, and what products are
required in order to meet the Soil Test Recommendations. The Dealer
also has received experiencein identifying and correcting problems using
The Nature's ProŽ Organic Approach, and has begun to understand why chemical
use is potentially damaging to Natural System's.
"INTERMEDIATE"... the Dealer has attended
additional Academy Sessions that now expands upon the care of trees
and shrubbery, with more extensive work in understanding the workings
of the soil. The sessions become more intense and concentrated as they
advance. The Nature's ProŽ Organic Approach is based upon good science,
but which must be employed from a different perspective-a more "natural"
instead of chemical methodology. This requires a better understanding
of how plants grow, how the soil is paramount in the relationship that
causes plants to grow in a healthy manner, and the effects of environmental
factors that greatly influence the "results" that are achieved, as well
as the treatments that become necessary because of weather factors.
"ADVANCED"...
the Dealer now is expected to have a firm understanding
of the relationship between environmental factors, fostering health
within the plant, and the importance of restoring the soil to a healthy,
functioning condition. This foundation is necessary in order for the
Dealer to advance a "deeper" level of understanding of the significance,
indeed the supreme importance, of the life within the soil which is
responsible for maintaining the natural systems that make all life possible.
